All retail plant orders have a minimum order value of $200. The cart total must reach $200 to complete checkout.

Our succulents are shipped bare-root. Plants are carefully cleaned and air-dried before packing to maximize safety during transit. Temporary leaf wrinkling, shrinkage or colour change is normal transit stress and not treated as damage.

Processing time for plant orders is 3–7 business days. This includes quality inspection and proper drying of plants. Delivery transit time is 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delays may happen due to extreme weather, carrier issues or customs procedures.

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping arranged by our designated freight forwarder. Under DDP terms, we cover shipping cost, customs clearance procedures and import duty under normal circumstances. The freight forwarder handles full door-to-door logistics and customs documentation.
Buyers must provide accurate shipping address and contact information. You may be required to provide information for customs verification when requested.
We take responsibility for issues caused by freight forwarder error or incorrect documents provided by us. If problems arise from incorrect buyer information or sudden, unforeseen regulatory changes in your country, we will negotiate a solution together.
While DDP includes duty and clearance fees in our quoted price, we cannot cover newly introduced unexpected taxes implemented after your order is placed. We will contact you for confirmation before proceeding in such cases.

We do not ship to Australia and New Zealand due to strict local quarantine rules.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm local import and quarantine regulations before placing an order.

Force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest and sudden regulatory changes are beyond our control. We are not liable for detention, delay or loss caused by these events.

Optional Live Arrival Guarantee is available at checkout for 10% of cart subtotal. This guarantee covers dead-on-arrival, carrier loss and severe transit damage with valid unboxing evidence.
