Order Cancellation Refund Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n
Cancellation within 24 hours after order placement: 100% refund, no deduction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Cancellation between 24 hours and 48 hours after order placement: 20% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Cancellation requested more than 48 hours after order placement: No refund available. Orders older than 48 hours have entered drying, packing or shipping preparation and cannot be stopped. All refund processing will be finished within 48 hours after approval.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Arrival Damage Claim Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
If plants arrive damaged or rotten, you must submit a continuous, uncut unboxing video that clearly shows the outer shipping label and the full unpacking process. Claims must be sent within 48 hours after delivery. Photos alone will not be accepted. Approved valid claims will be resolved by partial refund or store credit. Minor leaf damage and normal dehydration from transit stress do not qualify for compensation. No claim will be reviewed after the 48-hour window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once the package is delivered and accepted by the buyer, our liability for plant condition ends, unless damage comes from pre-shipment negligence on our side. Wholesale orders, seeds and digital items are final sale. We reserve the right to review special exceptional cases individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
