Terms of Service | CNSUCCULENT

By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Policy, Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

All plants sold are for private collection and cultivation only.
We do not sell CITES-protected plant species for cross-border trade. We reserve the right to cancel your order immediately if your destination cannot legally import the plants you purchased.

For numbered collector-grade succulents, the listing photos show the exact plant you will receive. Minor colour differences caused by lighting are normal and not considered misrepresentation.

We accept wholesale orders upon inquiry. Contact us for wholesale terms.
We reserve the right to update our policies without prior notice. The version shown on our website at the time you place your order applies to your purchase.
